Open your team settings
Go to Settings → Team and send an invite to their email. They get a link to join and set up their own sign-in.

Set their access — for example, whether they can create or edit quotes. Give people just what they need to do their part.
How it works
Your team works inside your business, on your customers and quotes — everything stays in one place. You’re always the owner, so billing and the big controls stay with you.
Each person on your team is $19.99/month, billed from the day they accept your invite. Remove someone and their seat stops being billed. Your current total is in your subscription settings.
