Whether you’re tightening up security or you’ve simply forgotten it, changing your password takes a moment. Remember you can also sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so a forgotten password never locks you out.

Change your password

While signed in, go to Settings → Account and update your password. Choose something long and memorable — a short phrase beats a tricky single word.

Use the reset link
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password and enter your email. We’ll send a link to set a new one.
Or just use a code
You don’t even need the password — you can sign in with a 6-digit code sent to your email, then set a new password once you’re in.
