A customer says they never got your quote. Nine times out of ten it’s arrived and it’s just hiding, or it went to the wrong contact. Here’s how to run it down and get it seen.
Check these first
Confirm the contact details
Open the quote and check the email or phone number you sent it to — a single wrong digit or a typo in the address is the most common cause. Fix it if it’s off.

If you sent it by email, have them search their inbox — including spam and the Promotions tab — for your business name. Emailed quotes love to hide there.
Look at the status
If the quote shows Viewed, it did arrive and someone opened it — worth a quick call to check which inbox or number they’re looking at.
Get it to them another way
You don’t have to rely on one channel. Open the quote, copy its share link, and send it however you know reaches them — a text, WhatsApp, or straight from your own phone. The link opens the same professional quote page.
Sending by text tends to get seen faster than email, and it can’t land in a spam folder. If email keeps failing, text them the link.
