When you send a quote, your customer gets a clean web link — no app to download, no account to create. Here’s exactly what they see, so there are no surprises.
The quote link
They tap the link in your text or email and land on a professional page with your business name and logo at the top, the line items, the total, and your payment terms. It looks like it came from an established business — because it did.
The page works on any phone or computer. Nothing to install — it’s just a secure web link that only works for the customer you sent it to.
What they can do
Accept the quote
One tap on Accept tells you they’re in. You get a notification the moment they do, and the quote moves to accepted on your side.

If you’ve connected Stripe, there’s a Pay button right there — they enter a card and you’re paid. See Connect Stripe to accept payments.
Ask a question or decline
They can decline if it’s not for them — you’ll know either way, so you’re never left guessing whether they saw it.
How you follow along
On your side, the quote’s status updates as things happen — Sent, then Viewed when they open it, then Accepted or Declined. You always know where a job stands.
