Most quotes that die don’t get a “no” — they just get forgotten. Lever follows up for you, so a busy day on site doesn’t cost you the job.
How follow-ups work
After you send a quote, Lever keeps an eye on it. If the customer hasn’t responded, it sends a friendly reminder on your behalf — polite, in your name, at a sensible interval. You don’t have to remember a thing.
See a quote's follow-up state
Open a sent quote and you’ll see whether a reminder is scheduled or already went out. It’s on by default, so this works without any setup.

Turn it off for a quote
Some jobs don’t need chasing — you already spoke to the customer, or it’s a friend. You can switch off follow-ups on any individual quote without affecting the rest.
A single well-timed nudge wins back a surprising number of jobs. Unless you’ve already got a firm yes or no, it’s usually worth leaving follow-ups on.
